Day 3. And man that jog was tough... Tryin to speed it up a little at a time... Passed up on my absolute favorite meal (sushi day at my job)... Ate a salad.... But it was delicious and I'm happy with my decision... Starting to be happy with what I see in the mirror.. 102 oz minimum of water everyday... I notice that I'm one of those that HAVE to drink gallons.. My hair looks better and skin... And I just feel good.. besides shedding that bulge... Taking pics every morning and substantial change each time .... happy :)

Lauryn Hill concert today!!!! Excited...! Great afternoon FS!
