Atkins ................ interesting.

BMR and TDEE even more interesting. I now know that I must eat at least 1126
calories a day to loose weight and be successful at keeping it off. I must eat more to lose weight. Wow!

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 August 2014:
1127 kcal Fat: 83.93g | Prot: 67.96g | Carb: 18.60g.   Breakfast: The Devon Cream Company English Luxury Clotted Cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Boiled Egg. Lunch: Broccoli, Butterball Smoked Turkey Breast. Dinner: Cream Cheese, Trader Joe's Sliced Halloumi Cheese, Dardanel tuna in olive oil, Egg, Cooked Red Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel), Lettuce. Snacks/Other: The Devon Cream Company English Luxury Clotted Cream, Regular Coffee. more...

Horrible problem to have - LOL. I still incorporate some Adkin's principles in my diet (when I'm behaving).

Oops - I meant Atkins (my cousin is an Adkins so I always go for the spelling of her name).
