Superb feeling to loose some more. Have been high on carbs but that is set to change now. Egg whites will be on starting 11th August. Thinking to go on GM diet. Weight loss has been fast since I had lost 5 kgs two months before also only to get it back. Its the unstable fat that is ripping off quickly.
Any which way this is a great start. Will work on getting proteins and vitamins.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The first 5 to 7 kg to go is not fat, it's water weight. Your body stores it so it can process carbs. Right after you go off your diet, cheat a little, you will see weight gain but that's just water and it goes quickly away if you get right back on track with your diet.

Ya I am completely at home with you on this. I understand this concept. But it just feels good :-)
