Happy to loose the first KG.
207.9 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I looked at your diet plan. Are you not hungry most of the time? You should add more veggies and fruits. That will keep you full. If you would eat healthy meals you would feel full because you could eat more.
