Haven't been doing well with the eating because of being so busy with working both jobs (last day today!) and trying to get Greg ready. I need to get to the store and buy some bread.I don't really want to buy a whole lot since we're leaving Wednesday night/Thursday for 5 days. But some bread and a few things to tide us over.

Not too much exercise, but we took the dogs for a long walk the other day along a riverfront park that we have here and that was nice. I've been trying to get it in where I can - squats while waiting on the microwave at work, standing abs when I go to the bathroom. That sort of thing. But I can tell I've lost what I'd done a few weeks back. :( How disappointing. When I get back from our trip I'm going to really concentrate on losing and my workouts!

We have so much to do before Greg leaves, hope we can get it all done.

Every little bit helps! What a great idea with the squats! Love it! I know how hard it is to eat properly when stressed and or busy busy. It is one of my challenges as well! Best wishes for "getting it all done."

Just curious - what kind of standing ab work do you do? As you may know - I teach school and I try to work in - as opposed to work out - get it - sorry - while I monitor the kids' during guided practice time. Right now - I just "flex" my "front butt" - my mom tummy. What do YOU do? Could you place an explanation on my journal or tag me with an e-note to explain? THANKS!
