I will not mention his FS username ((D R A G L I S T)) hee hee, but his post at 11:20 PM EST initially had me joining in with another FS member encouraging him to throw in the towel and hit the bed and get some rest.

D R A G L I S T is one of the most dedicated members on this site (I am sure there are others but maybe we have not met as of yet or I will mention how you inspired me in a future post because I want to be a HUGE inspiration to others as well)

So here is where it gets exciting, within a heartbeat, while looking down at my huge gut wishing it was it was smaller, I set the parameters in the H.I.I.T timer I downloaded today so that way I could immediately do my 2 minute challenge I entered: 2 minutes of pushups, 2 minutes of situps, 2 minutes of squats as much as you can do per exercise.

So I finish it all out of breath, log into FS to log my numbers and come across another challenge, This is why we plank, and I join that because I am getting healthier and stronger every day. Guess what happens when I go to enter my numbers, the 2 minute challenge had a hour to go before it started so I couldn't log anything. Crap!

Who cares, it is Friday and I am exercising after 9 hrs in the office a brutal 2 hr commute home and I was making my way into the bed when I got the notification email from FS.

Weekend, bring it on!!!! Bill, hope you get your 40 minutes in and may you sleep well knowing you helped push me to be better for me and my family.

Remember, I won't mention his name, Bill, hee hee (follow him and your life will change)

Me either Deb, would keep me awake, exercise tends to increase my energy. Draglist is defiantly dedicated to exercise. I need more of his dedication lately.
