Giving my body a break till the end of next week, from the constant and regular weight training sessions as I feel i have been plateauing. Also taking a break from supplements to flush them out of my system. Substituting the weight training with yoga, cardio and functional training. Managing to stick to my diet mostly, eating clean, fresh , home made, nutritious food, fruits. veggies and good proteins.Post 10th Aug, I start hitting the weights with a bang again and hope to break the plateau and make greater progress.

I'm also off alcohol indefinitely since a week.Not that I was much of a drinker but I realised that my body just doesn't give its optimum performance after a night out with wine etc. The next day seems to drift away into nothing and makes me feel very lethargic
