I accept myself unconditionally right now!

still going strong with eating mini-meals throughout the day. Weigh in is tomorrow. I hope to see better numbers, but me and the scale don't get along at all. Frequently, I'll have inches lost with nothing showing on the scale! I've purchased some Simply Snackin meat stick variety packs. I've tried the Chicken & black bean salsa, which was OK and also the Chicken with Italian Herbs and Roman Cheese which I didn't care for too much. I'll eat them both, but won't order those flavors again. I'm only eating 1 of them a day as one of my snacks. I'm trying to find some other snacks that can replace chips or other salty/crunchy snacks for after dinner.

I am determined to do this; I am committed to the time it will take; and I will get this done!
