Are you being consistent with weight loss or going off and on plan? Are you tracking all your food honestly? Bites, licks and tastes add up and can cause the scale to go up and down the same few pounds. Are you following your plan as written? For example, if you are on WW, do you eat your points every day, do you get in your lean protein, lean dairy fruits and veggies? Are you being active? Are you drinking you water? If you are counting calories, do you play around with them to see what will help you lose. Have you tried upping your protein and fiber? Kicking up your exercise plan? duration? intensity? Consistency is key with weight loss. On the bright side, your chart line is headed downward, so that is a good thing. Are you giving your weight loss 100% or are you only sort of kind of following plan. If you are doing WW, reread your materials and go back to the start. Find your motivation and enthusiasm to really stick to it. It always surprises me when I really follow 100% how the weight comes off. We all tend to slack after a while. But no matter what plan you do, you just gotta keep trying and switching. There's a huge learning curve with weight loss.
