Well, its been a long time since I've made any effort. I've stuffed my face with junk food religiously for some time now and it shows. Time to start putting in some effort. I'm at 194 right now. I would say my first steps would be to start recording my food, drinking more water and tryig to get in some exercise,as well as taking my suppliments. I think ill start now with a protien shake for breakfast.
