July Fitness Challenge:
2.144 miles walked*
1×60 sec top plank
1×25 sec elbow plank
?×? sec standard side planks
2×10 modified pushups
3×60 upper crunches

*I found the money in my budget and managed to pick up some running shoes today. Very excited about this advancement. I did do a little bit of running when I took Luna on her walk, but I've got a long way to go before I can run the whole thing and not just because I still need to break the shoes in.

Still need to get my side planks in.

For those who are interested, I also started a an official challenge for the month of August which I've entitled "This is Why We Plank".
