Yeah. Definitely a rest day. Gonna walk, obviously. But it’s day seven of work and the way I’ve been pushing with workouts, my body just needs to rest.

Took Luna for her 2.144 mile walk. Aside from that, I've let myself take a rest today like I said I would. Proud of myself for that 'cause I wasn't entirely sure I would relax. Actually, I got up, drank my water, took my supplements, and then went back upstairs and watched some Haven while I cuddled with Luna. It was nice to just relax.

Tomorrow I'll probably sit down and put together an official challenge for here. I'm thinking I'll do it for planks and call it something like "This is Why We Plank". Or something. Maybe one with pushups, too. And/or walking. I don't know. But definitely one for planking.
