I've decided to weigh in once/month & to stop counting calories. Let's see how this goes 😜!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well if you are trying to maintain, it might be better to weigh once a week so you can gauge your weight in the beginning. Maintaining can be just as hard as losing. It's so easy to go back to our old habits and the weight creeps back up. Good luck!
