Pootwattle! (that's Hubby's fave frustration word & I love it, hee hee!) I put off, then forgot to record my food intake yesterday. Didn't do it in my notebook as I usually do either. Oh well, I'll try to do today's anyway. I think I'm doing well with eating right, but have a bronchial infection that is really knocking me out. Saw my sleep apnea doc on MON July 15th & he gave me prescriptions for antibiotic & cold meds, but I'm still coughing up junk a whole lot & wheezing some still too, tho not as bad as I was. I got an urgent appt with my primary care doc for tomorrow AM. Hope she can give me something that will help me, this is getting really old!
