July Fitness Challenge:
2.144 miles walked
1×90 sec top plank
1×20 sec elbow plank
2×20 sec modified side plank
1×10 sec standard side plank
5×10 modified pushups
2×80 upper crunches

Actually pretty glad that I didn't weigh in at 224.4 lbs, or even 225.0 lbs, which I saw over the last several days. I wish I'd seen my inches move a little bit more this past week, but I'll take what I can get. In reality, my waist and muffin top numbers were both flirting with being able to be counted as another half inch down, but I'd rather round up and take the additional loss next week than take it now and feeling bummed if it doesn't move at all between now and the 31st. If I can lose another two inches between now and then, I'll have lost 10 inches this month. That'd be so awesome. And I only need to drop an additional 2.2 lbs to come in at 10 lbs lost this month. I know 10 lbs isn't as much as some people could lose, but I'd take 10 lbs and 10 inches over 15 lbs and 5 inches any day. Besides, 10 lbs a month is still pretty damn impressive. It'll be a success regardless and one that I should be immensely proud of. The fact is, I just did some math, and if I can lose just 1.2 lbs a week, I can hit Onederland by Christmas. Me? Onederland? That'd be the best Christmas present to myself ever.
