We're doing some remodeling work on our church.... this past week I've spent several hours of several evenings working very hard...... it paid off!! I lost four pounds!! Whoo Hoo!!

226.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb. Still to go: 76.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
