spent the day at the Dr office. I am having a thyroid biopsy next week and then they will decide if it is coming out but Dr thinks it will. weighted in on her scale and it said I weighed 157.8. yea!! but they also said I am now 5'6" I have shrunk 2 inches in height--boo. Hate when I can't plan for my meals. went from the doctors office to the memorial for my grand daughter's first birthday. Allyson was born 7-21-13 and died 7-22-13. today would have been her first birthday, we should have been having a birthday party not a memorial service. I miss her so much. had a very small piece of birthday cake about the size of a cupcake. I am so tired and heavy hearted today.
tomorrow is a new day and will be my day to take my mom out for her Christian women's luncheon. then I can go back to cooking for my self.
