Had a very bad day. Went into work for a meeting, back home, back to work. No nap, only three hours of sleep, and I felt as though I were constantly moving at work... up and down stairs, walking back and forth, etc.

Anyway, I was so exhausted, even though I was craving scrambled eggs, to cook! So... off to McD's for high-sodium, high-fat foods.

What's very queer is my weight has not changed in five days. It's not the scale as I ran some tests. Could be I'm building muscle mass, but sooooooo doubtful.
