Had a great day today! I had plans of mowing the lawns early while it was cool still, but got side tracked with other chores. I did finally get mowing at the hottest time in the day though, not good for me! So just how many calories do you burn when you are sweating like a pig? Needless to say, I should have mowed earlier!

As for my caloric intake...I felt pretty full all day, and actually fell below my target number of 1600 to 1300+. I'll have to remember today's food items as it seemed to stick with me just fine.

I'm heading out the door now to go for a 2 mile hike. I hike on abandoned logging roads just out of town. It's cooler up in the mountains, and there's always a chance we'll see some wildlife. Last week we heard a bear clawing it's way down a tree, but luckily it took off running down hill. Of course I quickly went up hill!! ttyl
