OK, tomorrow being my weigh-in, I am a bit nervous, I have been eating clean and only difference is I had two Atkins bars this week...and a couple of pieces of KFC extra crispy Chicken, thanks to hubby hummmmm!......now if that shows a plus on my weigh-in I will not touch it again... I don't feel like I lost anything but again the scale will tell the truth...I know I did not incorporate a lot of exercise into my week should have walked more... Oh well we will see tomorrow...

You have done really well. Consider that your reward for being focused. Just don't celebrate to often with the bars, as they can definitely set you back.

KFC's grilled chicken is very good. Next time ask him to bring you the grilled chicken to enjoy while he is eating the extra crispy. Quite the woulda, shoulda and couldas, it is what it is, all you can do is learn from this week and move on, do better next week. Good luck with today since I am posting this late.
