Re-Start really want to get into two sizes smaller and not bulge out
need help from buddies to get back to losing weight and not gaining as I have been.
want to get my life back, and give up the parties and late nights

Be a NIKE commercial and JUST DO IT!!! Make a plan. Get the food. Stick with it! And be active! Drink that water!!!Go on pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation". That always gets me going.
