Not a gd day.. Finding it increasingly difficult to hit e vlcd calories I'm supposed to meet.. Dat has always been e problem wif me.. I fight so hard to put myself into e correct frame of mind b4 i start any diet & then i get all zealous & all.. Thn i kinda start to overdo it..

Hvnt started on my taebo yet or my daily runs/workouts.. But hmm, lets say motivation or discipline ws never a problem once I get into things.. e problem for me ws always my body giving out even whn my brain's on overdrive so..

I used to do 2hrs of taebo 5-6days a week.. daily runs of 8-10km.. get muscular & all but never dwn to e weight i wna be..

Thn usually hitting e 4th or 5th mth.. BURNOUT. Either getting an injury fr running too much, or getting severe gastric pains & landing myself in hospital...

So worried now... :((

Some days are harder than others but journaling helps tons! Don't be too hard on yourself, like you say, it's a matter of the right frame of mind. Are you having a hard time meeting up to your maximum calorie intake or having a tough time staying down to your vlcd? I've got some filling recipes I'd be happy to share if you need :)

Definitely understand where you are coming from. Make sure that you are eating right and proportionately to all the exercise that you are going because it sounds like you have that part down pat. I keep a food journal and have even gotten my partner to start using it. It makes you accountable for everything you are putting in your body so you know that your calorie intake is on point and you will be able to track how many calories you are burning in your workout relative to what you are eating during the day. And remember take it slow you should only start out working out about an hour a day. 10 cardio, 45 minutes weigh/ strength training, 5 min cool down. You can do this. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day, but now with a bit more time and effort it is a lasting beauty!

Thnx guys!! Isnt it crzy dat I couldnt do e 500cal on hcg but I cld do it whn I wsnt on it?? Just a tot! lol Anyway I've upped my clories to 800-1000 & we'll see if I can maintain at 160lbs. For now! :) I've explained why in my journal entry today.. DRY FASTING FOR 48HRS & SEEING e NBRS GO UP ON e SCALE IS JUST LOONEY!! Gotta fix things!! :) Hope u guys r doing well yrselves!! <3 p/s: Oh e thing abt local food where I am now.. its hard to track calories!!! I do try though! lol
