So I am not sure why, but my body and mind decided that 5 am was the perfect time to wake up. It's probably the stress of my situation that woke me from my slumber but oh well. Not a lot I can do about it. Most likely it will end in me napping some time this afternoon. So I didn't work out yesterday because my blood pressure was super high due to most likely me stressing out. I didn't want to pass out or cause a bad headache or anything...the bottom number was 93 to those who are wondering. It has been known to get worse than that as the day progresses so yeah. I took it easy. Today, I am going to do the P90X Stretch so that way, Sunday I will be on my schedule once more.

The one good thing about waking up so early is that I have had a nice chance to just sit there and relax...to just listen and reflect on everything. I realized that I hold onto a lot of things and that I need to just...let it go. Things in the past are just that, the past. It can't be changed so the only thing to do is to let it go and vow to never do it again or to never let it happen to you or whatever. Maybe I should start waking up early like this everyday and use the time to just meditate and be one with the moment. I don't know. I suppose we will see what happens once I get a job and Kait starts school and all that lovely stuff. :)

But today, despite it being early, I have vowed, will be a good day. ^_^

What no alcohol?!?!?! How do you keep your sanity? Lol. On a serious note, your blood pressure will go down the more you drop. At least that's what mine did. Keep it up.
