Had bread yesterday after a week of no wheat. Woke up with sinus headache. Argh! Love bread, but looks like there is a lot of truth in the relation to wheat and allergies or intolerances. Will be worth it to give it up for a trial period to establish if this is the cause of the sinus problems I do get now and again.
