Keeping up with my supplements, and researching new supplements to add for my skin.
Yesterday I slathered myself from head to toe with a homemade vaseline/vitamin E/baby lotion mix. I repeated several times throughout the day. Before bed I did it again, and washed my face and slathered my face with coconut oil. I woke feeling well moisturized.
This morning I slathered my stomach, and thighs with the homemade lotion again. Later in the afternoon I slathered my thighs, stomach and face with castor oil. After my shower, I will do it again, and then cover my body with the homemade mixture. Using what I have, it sure can't hurt. I'm going to do everything I can to prevent loose skin.
