I started walking 1 mile a day and consuming 3 fruits a day.I am sick of not losing weight and thought I'd join a challenge to help me...can't believe it's actually helping so much! Woo hoo! The scale is officially moving :-)
140.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
