Oh my goodness! What a day! So busy, there was no other choice but to eat out.

The Chinese buffet, I did really well, so hard to believe when faced with so many high calorie choices. Hibachi & fruit.

Then fast food. My family ate BK, had a coupon for whoppers. I really wanted a whopper and fries, but I resisted, and drove to Wendy's for a salad. Oh My goodness, their apple pecan salad is amazing! So glad I didn't cave and get BK!
