Good morning everyone! Happy Saturday :)

Today my husband and I are taking our kids to Cedar Point. I'm going to turn on the gps on my phone so I can track our walking distance around the park lol. Should be good for a couple miles. We went last August (After I'd lost 50lbs) and I was excited to actually ride a couple of the smaller rides with my daughter. I would never even go when I was heavier because I knew I wouldn't fit in the rides, or at least I thought I wouldn't. I never tried so we will never know for sure lol. Since the last time I went I have lost another 55lbs, so I'm even more excited to go squeeze into a few more! I won't be able to go on anything too crazy as we are taking the kids, but we have season passes so eventually my husband and I will go alone and act our age for a little while.

It's kind of funny how the time passes. You keep working towards your goals little by little then all of a sudden it has added up into something substantial. I know I haven't done as well as I could have the last few months, but they have been exceptionally stressful months. Of course it doesn't hurt that I'm pretty damn proud of how far I've come, so maybe a little time off was deserved lol. No harm no foul, right :)

Last night I didn't feel like cooking. Of course the kids were screaming 'pizza' and the husband was hinting towards subs from the pizzeria. We ended up getting fried chicken and potato salad. My nerves were shot and It seemed like I was fighting against every single cell in my body to not just eat anything and everything in sight.... But the fried chicken satisfied. Not unhappy with how my macros looked yesterday either, lots of protein, moderate carbs... probably more fat than need be but that never hurt a diet now did it ;) I stuck to my guns for the most part, always a win in my book.

Going to find something with lots of protein to eat for breakfast before we get to the point (haha) and do my best to make sound reasonable decisions for the remainder of the day. Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

How exciting about the rides! Let us know when you and the hubby make it there by yourselves. Sounds really fun! Yes, in view of what an amazing job you've done, even if you just maintained from here on out, you are doing SO well. And if you get back on that horse and lose even more, all the better. Either way, YOU ARE A WINNER.

Happy Saturday Yo. Good on you for sticking to your guns and accepting the macros. It's great to return to places you wouldn't have enjoyed at the less healthy weight, isn't it.
