I am just getting a feel for this site still. Joined yesterday and trying to poke around and see what would benefit me. I joined a couple of the challenges which I think will help get me motivated to try harder at working out. Food in take today has been great, but I have been doing really well that department for awhile now so no struggles there. Walked for 45 minute on my Gazelle, always feels good when I am done! Looking forward to tomorrow I am going to add some stair climbing to my regime. Going to do it the old fashioned way too, with REAL stairs lol wish me luck!
