Went on vacation and gained some ten pounds. Great vacation, but not, dealing with the extra pounds on top of the extra pounds, so very discourage. Going to a wedding in July, my first grandson is getting married, how will I fit in a beautiful dress I bought if I don't loose the extra ten pounds. HHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP. My exercise is close to nothing, because I work behind a desk all day long. Go home just in time to make dinner for my starving husband. By the time I am done I am exhausted. 61 pushing 62 and diabetic to top it off. Sugar goes up the body starts to make fat. Sugar goes down and I am rushing to eat whatever. So Lost in this world of fat. Hope this site can help myself get back on track. Wishing and Hoping

Annie, I got your back! One pound at a time, one day at a time. I am super busy with a teenager so these are some things that helped me get on track. 1. Exercise - Get a pedometer and walk. During your lunch hour, go walk around the building, climb the stairs just get moving. Eat at your desk , if you can when you come back. Get up a little early and do a little workout. Try Jumping jacks, toe touch, squats and knee lifts. Start with 25 of each 3 times. Add 5 each week until you are able to do 75 each. 2. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours. This will help keep your blood sugar from bottoming out. Hope that helps. I will be checking on you!!!! Kasey

Thank You Kasey, good advise, guess I could use sport clothes to work, and walk or run around the buildings here. Thanks feel motivated now. Back to Back, let get it off
