First day, lost a pound, can't tell you it was easy, no, it is hard work. Need to stay focus. I found out my mom is in the hospital, must travel to see her, hope this will not get me off the track. Must go, pray for me.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
