Not a good day Some would call it a "cheat" day, but it was more of a "can't control my cravings" day. Now I feel a bit sick to my stomach, maybe because I ate too much, but also maybe because I am not used to the type of food? Idk, in any case, hope this is a lesson not to fall off the wagon like this anymore
