Ok so half term threw me off wagon big time. Lots of booze. This week I've been trying slimming world extra easy and hating it and then not managing to do it. I also tried to do this slimming world but only 1200 cals a day as I felt I was eating more than 1200 cals on it by eating as many eggs and fat free yogs as I wanted. Never tell me I can eat unlimited anything. Pressure is really on now for this bridesmaid dress and bikini on beach. I think I will do 1200 cals a day in week then bit more relaxed at weekends for 5 more weeks then blast 5:2 for final 2 weeks and only have 1400 cals on my 5 days. Feeling v frustrated witj self and lack pf willpower.
