Weighed in at TOPS last night, and I lost another 2.2. That makes my total 185 pounds down in 17 months. I have to lose about 85 more to goal. I will still be over weight, but in a much healthier state. Still working out every day. I think I am going to alternate weeks of 5 days a week and every day. I don't want to burn myself out. I have had 2 consistent weeks, and I am going to do it again this week. I am sooooo much more confident, and independent, and positive. How could I possibly complain about anything?? I think I know enough now to try and help my fellow TOPS members get to their goals. Helping others is really helping me stay focused too. I will have a good day today.
