On week 2 of IF and feel great. I find am very satisfied with the meal I eat. I don't feel stressed over what I am going to eat. I just have a great dinner type meal around 12:30ish and allow my body to digest, detox and rest till the next day. My hubby has been complimenting me alot and is very encouraging this time around. I feel like I am not on a diet. Just a new way of eating.

"Not a diet" (and that's just the way it should feel)! Good luck, Kathy :)

Hi Kathy, thanks for your post. I haven't started the IF yet, I'm trying to figure out the time I should eat on my fasting day. I was thinking it would be nice to have my feeding at lunch time since my IF days will be on work days. I'm not really sure how to land on that feeding time. I don't usually eat breakfast first thing, so a 9:00 am feeding would be another option...

Think of it as your lifestyle choice. Glad hubby is encouraging and supportive.

Hi All, thanks for the comments. You are right it is just a way of eating, no diet. So glad to get positive feedback on this. I am down 11 lbs. on week 3 and feel no stress about food. That was my problem before.
