Josie Ann's Journal, 22 May 2014

This is not a fake weigh in...I actually weighed in for real and lost a bit (yeah, I'm back in the 120's for real this time). I won't be weighing in again for a little while because I prefer to use my other weight-loss cues to inform me if I'm progressing other than relying on just the scale.

Since I began my new HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts, along with doing pilates; I've been renewed in my motivation and focus. It's amazing how changing things up can invigorate us! Only running for so long was killing my weight-loss soul more than I knew. So, I've been feeling good, and it's funny how when you get your activity in line your eating also seems to kind of naturally stay clean for the most part.

Yay you! I know this makes you happy. Yes, it necessary to change things up .. what's that cliche? the only difference between a rut & a grave is the depth?
