I ran the Portland Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon last Sunday, so I'm expecting an increase. It is my body's way of healing itself.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
