I just sneaked a piece of chocolate from the packet of Kinder that I give to the little boy next door. However shall I face him? Lol. Not only that, it was horrible. Soooooo sweet. Yuck. Guess it tasted so bad cos I have not been eating anything sweet recently.

I'm off added sugar too, and also find that when I do take a taste, how much sweeter things taste. I love though how sweet fresh fruit tastes now though. I don't know about you, but for my its harder to stop after that one sweet taste so Im better off to abstain completely. My new mantra has become -- one taste of sugar is too much as 100 tastes are never enough! TGIF!

Yep, my sweet tooth, which was bad, has been absent for about a year. I tried to eat a fiber one bar a few weeks ago, too sweet! Even some of my protein shakes are too sweet. I look at desserts and think they look good, but really don't get tempted. It's great! In the past, sugar would trigger be to eat more, so I just avoided them and it worked!

Too true.When I don't have it, I don't miss it. Sugar is the Devil's food ha ha
