Well on the way to 90kg. Gym sessions are much more productive now from Using the results of metabolic profiling and the polar loop and H7 heart rate monitor. I can concentrate on burning fat rather than muscle.
A high fat diet along with carb cycling has worked wonders over the past couple of weeks. I finally fit into my summer clothes
