Didn't gain--didn't lose. I only get weighed on the 15th of the month. I used to weigh myself daily, but became so discouraged at the ups and downs. At least this way, I want to stay on track better with eating choices so as to not gain. I do wish I'd lost a pound or two. It's been steady since last July. Hopefully, I can lose those final six pounds by this July 15th. Stay focused on Mediterranean choices and exercise 45 to 60 minutes on treadmill or outdoor walking each day. Now--just do it!
