Hey Chakalina's Journal, 16 February 2011

I ate a lot of fat today but I really needed it. I've been feeling a little weak and a few workout moves that were moderately easy have been tough two days in a row. I have one more day of Level One then I'm moving up. A little scared. Overall I'm very pleased with my first week.

Day eight, success.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 February 2011:
1610 kcal Fat: 56.69g | Prot: 113.82g | Carb: 109.57g.   Breakfast: hellman's light mayo, boiled egg white, whole egg, 2% cottage cheese, sesame crispbread, hannaford's half and half. Lunch: stop n shop reduced fat cheddar, chicken breast with low sodium seasoning, chobani plain yogurt, Black Beanss, corn. Dinner: Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette, turkey bacon, stop n shop reduced fat cheddar, tomato, shredded ice berg lettuce, mission carb balance. Snacks/Other: chianti , boiled egg white, 2% cottage cheese, boar's head oven gold roast turkey, american cheese, apple. more...
