Well I've done great all week, and first thing this morning I blow it. Pancakes had been made for my son, and I found the leftovers. I know I can, eat anything in moderation, but with pancakes I need to stay away until I can just eat one or two and stop. I plan on doing better for the rest of the day and weekend for that matter, but I think I used all my calories in one sitting today. Ugh! That's it for now. Bethany

Everyone has a bad meal....orday. Just restart the next time you eat. Never quit restarting & you will be successful.
