My comments got cut off in the photo. This green smoothie will knock your socks off!😂 3 oz of favorite greens or lettuces, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c frozen blueberries, 1/4 c each of unsweetened almond milk and pomegranate juice, and 1T ground and toasted flax seed. Walnuts on the side. About 200 calories and loaded with calcium, magnesium, etc. I hope that you’re having a sunshiny day ☀️☀️☀️☀️!

Awesome, Shrewdness! The really neat thing too, is that it is delicious! Sometimes it is hard to get that combination- healthy AND delicious!😂😂
