Day three for the come back kid. Fast day today but not even hungry. Woke up with energy and feeling good. It's amazing that when you sort out your blood sugar how 'not hungry' you feel. Note to self: when you eat rubbish, you feel rubbish. When you eat well, you feel well. So simple, so why don't you remember that!
