is it possible to get together with friends and not eat a lot of food? with the delicious meals and desserts and snacks and the constant grazing? sheesh! but we had such a fantastic weekend and I don't want to ruin this feeling. I have learned however that I still have a lot to learn about my lifestyle change.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I mean, you could start a "running in place" get-together instead of grazing...not sure how long your friends would stay friendly. As long as this is not your nightly ritual, you're probably good for a day or so, buddy! :D
