This doesn’t look like much but they make up an awesome micro salad with your favorite dressing. Shred the apple and carrot. Fine chop the bok choy - and I forgot- chopped red onions of course.

looks delicious. I went back on wheat sugar for 3 days now and I feel miserable and I've gained a few pounds. I'm going back on keto tomorrow or the old Atkins whatever you want to call it. All is well God is good.

Add some peeled kholrabi, a little cabbage and a mandarin orange and you have the best salad ever.

Wifey, I understand! When you micro chop the ingredients you get a rather large salad. I prepared my plate and put half in the frig. - then decided to go back and polish that off too! 😂😂 I’ll be glad to post more. There are additional pictures in my photo album.
