So far so good, I haven't gone way overboard, yet. It is just so hard while I am away from home and I am not doing the cooking to make sure our meals are healthy. My mom loves heart stopper food. I have made sure I am still walking everyday. There is a walking trail which is real nice because the weather has been just beautiful the last couple of days. We went and toured the Fire Dept. here and the kids got to climb in every fire truck and check it all out. They had a blast. They both got new life jackets today so we can go swimming a little easier too. They both got little fire hats and badges for junior fire fighters, they also got tattoos, pencils, bracelets, and stickers, and suckers. They can't wait to tell Daddy how the Fire Station here is. I am taking the kids to the walking trail later to walk a mile with me and then I will go back by myself to walk the 3 mile trail, but it is too much for them. We are going home tomorrow and I will be so happy to get back to the gym and pool. It is really warm today and a great day for swimming. Well I guess we better head out if we are going.
