Going in the wrong stinking direction! The stupid scale said 180 yesterday. This whole thing has me angry and depressed all at the same time. I almost feel like quitting....almost.

178.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
