had fun yesterday with my coworkers some that are still driving and some that are retired we have a great time ...
weather was picture perfect out <3
feeling a whole lot better ...
wither sickness or emotionally upset-ness comes at me
I can see I need to be on high alter for over eating ..
but subconsciously like a fog wants to pull me under ...

lord help me be aware

one of the things that upset me that has been hiding beneath the
it sure shouldn't be....upsetting ?????

is seeing my ex-husband of legally 28 years but I stayed with him really 25 years.
with another / new girlfriend ,,

very Crazy because I left him.....not that I wanted to his actions more then not drove me batty .

because he would get emotional abusive to me along with his family ,,

I remarried Joe B he treats me good way more then not more fun with him then not, he treats my kids great

were as my ex treated my son his step son and our two girls not well at all .
except his first born child with me ,,,
I have Prayed for him a million times and released him from my judgment a million times , he did move in with my cousin for 5 years
I mean seeing him should not be upsetting to me !!!!

I just don't understand myself ,, had to get that negative garbage out ,, think this little nugget of tell all may have been my emotional upheaval which leads to over eating not many safe places to share this ,, sigh

I must say seeing the remarks to me falling a bit were very helpful ya know who you are and I praise God for ya its amazing how a few kinds words can change the heart so close to being out of 220 ,, and was going back words NOOOOOOOOOOO Lord Help <3 smiling coming down again <3 have a blessed day <3
