The stress at work is killing my weight loss. 16 hour days, making mistakes, lack of sleep. I need a vacation. The way I killed my diet this week, I should have been down 2 lb. Oh well, there is always next week.
130.5 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.0 lb a week
